Sprawling French Manor
With its warm brick and elegant stone façade, this sprawling French Manor is tucked away into the woods at Holliday Farms. The single-story, main level master plus lower level home boasts sophistication throughout the interior. Light spills into the great room through the ship-lapped dormers, highlighting the stone-face wood burning fireplace and the cathedral ceilings complete with wood beams. Tucked around the corner you will find a cozy den with illuminated coffered ceiling, paneled walls, and an additional wood burning fireplace.
The large chef’s kitchen with custom Wormy Maple cabinetry features a hidden butler’s pantry. The extraordinary master bedroom has a hand finished wood ceiling with skylights, and custom shade pockets concealing automated blinds. Down on the lower level of the home there is a large recreation area with premium entertainment center and custom built-in wet bar. The most notable feature of the lower level is the custom wine cellar, with a handcrafted floor from the homeowners’ personal wine box collection.
The home takes full advantage of its stunning golf course views with multiple outdoor living spaces. Out back you will find a covered area with built in grill, wood burning fireplace and retractable screens, which rolls onto an uncovered patio with a fire pit. At the front of the home, a courtyard includes a water feature and a hand forged gate.

DESIGNER PHILOSPHY
Charming. Cozy. Timeless.
RG Décor has a full-service design mystery and intimidation out of styling your home’s interior. Their shop on the northwest side of Indianapolis has been labeled Indy’s best-kept secret by many.
This charming, cozy home called for an updated version of a timeless look, playing on the unique architectural features and elements of this structure. A comfortable, livable space was naturally created by the open floor plan and allowed for a cohesive design throughout. Furniture was selected for functionality, clean lines, and transitional appeal. Our overall emphasis was a neutral palette with layers of texture, warm wood tones, and pops of pattern. Good design is charming and welcoming, inviting you into the home and embracing the warmth within.

of the fixtures and finishes throughout the home.
