European Modern Farmhouse
This home is three floors of a European modern farmhouse with a dramatic black and gray exterior of maintenance-free Shake shingles and mosaic stone. This open floor plan home has 10-12 ft. ceilings and features that make it a combination of rustic and modern.
There are stained beams in the great room, sunroom and master bedroom, sliding barn doors in the office and laundry and two large sliding doors in the great room to the lanai that features a cooking area and stone fireplace, and back yard with fire pit.
The modern master bath features a large, curbless walk-in shower and black plumbing. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, each with their own bath and a study/craft area and TV setting room is great for kids. There’s also a large lower level for entertaining with a bar, wine alcove, and theater area.

Designer Deb Jones says that the goal was to create a warm and inviting home with timeless, classic style and a touch of current trends. To accomplish that goal, she combined Classic with Contemporary and Rustic with Modern in this large European Farmhouse. Using multiple shades of greige and white throughout help create a sense of flow while each area maintained its own personality. Her hope is that when people walk in the front door they immediately feel at home and can imagine living in the space.
From a large rustic stone fireplace, to a modern kitchen with all the newest trends, each space was meticulously designed to be beautiful and still be functional.

This was the best house overall, the exterior of the house is a show stopper.
The exterior shake was a product by nichau and is called charcoal, I would say flat. The stone is a mosaic from Stonecenter. The corbels and exterior front beams are black stain on cedar.
Thank you for using paint colors in the rooms! This house shows nice. I love the drapery in the master. Attention to detail in where the horizontal lines hit the windows!
